Fusion cutting 75 mm width

This special fusion cutting system produces labels with perfectly sealed edges designed to withstand even the toughest washing.
Even with the machine at a standstill, the ribbon is in no way deformed by the heat of the blade.
The temperature is electronically controlled to remain constant throughout the work cycle.
Robust construction and the use of top grade steel ensure operator safety at all times and also eliminating costly machine stoppages.

Scissor cutting

Designed for processing all yarn types, even cotton and rayon blends.
The temperature is electronically controlled to remain constant throughout the work cycle.

Ultrasonic cutting

Ideal for cutting polyester and acetate, it produces a cut edge that is extremely soft to the touch.
Two different ultrasonic cutting systems are available as options, one cuts up to 50 mm (U50) and the other up to 75 mm (U75), sealing the edges while cutting.
   
Electronic feeding
- Electronic eye

An electromagnetic feeding element controlled by an electronic eye automatically brings the ribbon under the knife; ideal for woven ribbons without feeding stitch and for printed ribbons.
