CHECKRIBBON
Machine for the quality control of woven tapes, particularly appreciated for simultaneously checking both sides of plain ribbons, technical ribbons, and multicolored elastic ribbons, complete with a dispenser of shiny stickers to mark defect.
Our innovative CHECKRIBBON machine is the only one in the world that uses an Artificial Intelligence (AI) system which, through a self-learning scan of the tape being processed, performs continuous quality control up to 25 m / min.
Our machine allows to reduce the cost of the manual quality control and makes the control itself unaffected by the human judgment of the operator, setting repeatable standards over time.
The software automatically stores the job done to be able to recall it in case of reordering.
The quality control performed by the CHECKRIBBON system is completely objective, constant and reliable.
MACHINE’S CHARACTERISTICS
• Working area: ribbon width up to 100 mm and ribbon length up to 140 mm;
• Presence of 2 video cameras to simultaneously check and point out the defects present on both sides of the tape (front and back) or simultaneously check 2 different areas of the same side of the tape;
• Particularly large screen PC that allows to display and manage simultaneously both sides of the tape checked;
• Acquisition of a single image and learning of each side;
• Adjustable work area lighting;
• Application of reflective stickers indicating the defective area, automatically positioned on the ribbon or on the edge of the ribbon to make the defective area immediately visible on the inspected tape then rewound;
• Software update and assistance available remotely;
• Control of the correct position of the “chip” applied on labels with woven antenna on the back: in case of incorrect positioning of the “chip”, an adhesive sticker is automatically applied on the back of the label to identify the “chip” which is not in the center of the antenna, a condition that compromises its proper functioning.

TRACKER SOFTWARE TO GEOLOCATE THE DEFECTS

Tracker software to geolocate the defects detected on the ribbon and see the icons of the good and bad parts of the ribbon in real time. By clicking on it, you can see the image of the exact point where the defects found occur.
SOFTWARE FOR CREATING REPORTS TO .CSV FILES

Software for creating reports and exporting data to .csv files, useful both for data analysis for internal use, to improve production phases, and for external use, as documentation for supplying the finished product to customers.

SOFTWARE FOR THE REAL-TIME CREATION OF A PIE CHART (OPTIONAL)
Software for the real-time creation of a pie chart, with classifier of the defects found during the processing of the ribbon that allows you to trace and classify the series of the main defects found (for example: presence of stains, weaving defects, missing threads, etc.). On the screen, you can see the pie chart showing the percentage of the defect types detected.
