It is an innovative system applicable to our OMNILABEL BASIC, OMNILABEL ELECTRONIC cut and fold machines with equipped with the M-OMNI, Centre, End, Mitre Fold or only Cut Group complete with the tape reading system consisting of a video camera managed by a high-tech software.
KIT SELECTLABELThis software allows:
• Quality control of the tapes
• Recognition and stacking or separate bagging of woven labels from a single roll
• Management of different amounts automatically dividing each set by one of the following features (*) : SIZE, COLOUR, QR CODE
(*) to be checked depending on the ribbon having been pre-recognised by the system

FUNCTIONING
The camera software detects and recognises the changes in the design on a single reel of woven tape in one of the following cases:
• Different sizes (S, M, L, XL, etc..)
• Different colours
• QR Codes
This mechanism allows a substantial increase in productivity, in particular when such designs are repeated randomly, determined by the weaving phase or following the joining of different reels.
This device gives the Cut and Fold of tapes with automatic rejection of defective labels and pre-set Automatic division by type and quantity. The automatic rotary packaging system divides the labels into 12 bag holders. The SELECTLABEL kit can be used with our standard M- Omni, C- Centre, E- End, T- Mitre Fold Units or only cut complete with the slides QE, QC, QS and QT.
The supplied software saves the data of all the labels worked.
The electronic feeding of the tape being worked is checked by a photocell which automatically transports the tape directly under the blade. The kit consists of a PC and a 21 inches monitor where the setting parameters can be fixed and the work data can be visualised in an easy and simple way thanks to the easy-to- read graphics. All processes are saved in the on-board PC and can be recalled if necessary.
