SLITCAMERA

Possibility to install on the machine the video camera system “SLITCAMERA” to carry out the centering of the cutting process.
MAIN FEATURES:
• The machine is equipped with a touch screen PC and a video camera.
• The video camera constantly monitors the position of the tape before cutting, and controls the movement of the blades if the tape moves. The result is that the blades will always be at the desired point to be cut.
• The video camera is complete with safety sensors for the control of the blade holder.
KEY ADVANTAGES OF USING THE NEW SYSTEM WITH VIDEO CAMERA:
• The operator has the possibility to work on multiple machines simultaneously.
• The video camera system enables the blade block to move automatically to find the correct position without the need to use the knob normally placed on the left of the machine.
• The operator has the possibility of placing each blade in the correct position whenever it is deemed necessary.
• At the end of the day, the average quality obtainable tape, using the new system with video camera, is considerably higher because the automatic system helps the operator.
